FOSTERING THE INNER CHILD

Philosophy

Our Philosophy

At Fostering The Inner Child, I believe that every person has a story, and within that story are experiences that have shaped how they see themselves, others, and God.

Many of the struggles women face today- fear, anxiety, panic, insecurity, shame, self-doubt, and feelings of being stuck—often have deeper roots than the symptoms themselves. Over time, painful experiences can create beliefs that feel true, even when they are not.

For example, a woman who experienced a panic attack while driving may begin to believe, "I am not safe," or "I am too weak to handle this." As time passes, those beliefs can become part of the story she tells herself, influencing her thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and decisions.

Through a narrative coaching approach, I help women explore their stories with curiosity and compassion. Together, we identify the beliefs, conclusions, and patterns that may have formed through difficult life experiences. By bringing awareness to these patterns, we can begin separating what happened to you from who you truly are.

Rather than allowing fear, trauma, anxiety, or past experiences to define your identity, we work to uncover the truth about who you are and challenge the beliefs that no longer serve you.

As a Christian Coach and Mentor, I also believe that true identity is ultimately found in Christ. While we honor your story, we do not allow your wounds to become your identity. Instead, we seek to understand how your experiences have shaped you while helping you embrace the truth of who God says you are.

My goal is not to tell you who you are or what to do. My role is to walk alongside you, ask powerful questions, help you uncover hidden beliefs, and guide you toward greater clarity, healing, confidence, and freedom.

Because your story matters.

And often, when the story is viewed through a new lens, healing begins.
