At Fostering The Inner Child, I believe your perspective deserves to be heard. Coaching gives you space to explore what matters to you, consider your choices, and decide what you want to move toward. I bring attentive listening and thoughtful questions. You bring knowledge of your own life, your values, and the goals you choose.
Your Experience Matters
Your experiences can influence what you expect from yourself, how you respond to others, and which choices feel available to you. In coaching, there is space to explore your perspective with curiosity and compassion.
You decide what you want to share and what would make our conversations useful. We can consider how past experiences relate to a present goal while keeping the focus on what you want to understand, choose, or do next.
You Choose the Direction
You may spend much of your day considering what other people need. Coaching offers time to consider your own priorities - what you value, what you want to change, and what deserves your attention.
You choose the focus of our conversations. It might be a decision you keep revisiting, a boundary you want to communicate, or a personal goal you have been putting aside. Together, we agree on what you would like to explore and what would make the session useful to you.
My role is to support your thinking and your choices. You decide which steps to take.
Faith Has a Place Here
My Christian faith shapes the care and respect I bring to coaching. I believe our worth is rooted in Christ, and that questions, uncertainty, and a desire for change deserve a compassionate response.
Your faith, values, and convictions are welcome in our conversations. Before including Scripture, prayer, or faith-based reflection, we’ll discuss what would be meaningful to you and agree on how you would like your faith included.
You have room to reflect honestly, ask questions, and choose goals that honor what matters to you.
Awareness Supports Choice
Sometimes a familiar response happens before you have considered what you want. You agree to another request, ask for one more opinion, or put your own plans aside.
Through thoughtful questions and reflection, coaching gives you room to notice what is influencing a choice. We can explore your assumptions, consider what matters in the situation, and look at possibilities you may not have considered.

Insight Becomes Action
Understanding what matters to you can help you decide what to do next. Together, we’ll explore an action you want to take and make it realistic for your time, energy, and circumstances.
Your next step might be preparing for a conversation, expressing a need, making a decision, or setting aside time for a personal goal. You choose the action. We consider what support or accountability would help you follow through.
As we continue, we’ll reflect on what you are learning, recognize progress in ways that matter to you, and adjust your approach when needed.
Progress is something we define together around the goals you choose.
