Effective date: September 28, 2026

Fostering the Inner Child LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit fosteringtheinnerchild.com, complete a form or quiz, join a notification list, book a call, purchase a resource, or participate in our coaching or mentoring services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, quiz answers, intake and application responses, scheduling details, messages, and information you choose to share during coaching or mentoring. Some responses may describe personal experiences, faith, anxiety, or trauma. Please share only what you are comfortable providing through a form.

Purchase information. When you buy a product or service, we receive information needed to process and support the purchase, such as your contact details, purchase history, and payment status. Payment information is processed through our payment provider. There are no refunds for digital products or course materials.

Website information. When you visit our site, our website and service providers may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, and information collected through cookies or similar technologies.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; provide quizzes, resources, products, coaching, and mentoring; schedule calls and sessions; process purchases; provide support; maintain business records; and improve our website and services.

If you sign up for a specific waitlist or notification list, we use your information to send the updates described on that form. If you subscribe to marketing emails, we may also send educational content, business news, and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages or by contacting us.

We treat personal details shared in intake forms and coaching communications with care. We do not use someone’s account of trauma or anxiety as a testimonial or public story without their permission.

3. When we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate our business, such as website and form hosts, scheduling and email platforms, payment processors, video meeting and messaging services, and providers that store or organize the information you submit. These providers receive information needed to perform their services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell our customer email list.

Advertising and analytics: We may use tools that measure website traffic or the effectiveness of our marketing.

4. Cookies and your choices

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand website activity. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If we use optional advertising or analytics tools that require additional choices under applicable law, we will provide those choices on the site.

5. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention may differ depending on whether the information relates to a website inquiry, email subscription, purchase, or coaching relationship.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we maintain. No website, email service, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your privacy choices

You may contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you or request that we correct or delete it, subject to applicable law and necessary business records. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. To make a request, email [email protected].

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing does not prevent us from sending messages needed to fulfill a purchase, appointment, or ongoing service.

8. Third-party sites and services

Our site may link to third-party websites or use services with their own privacy practices. Please review their policies when you use those services.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website, products, and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
