Christian Life Coaching for Women

WORK WITH ME

Make Room for What Matters to You.

You may be used to considering everyone else before yourself. When it comes to your own needs, decisions, or hopes for the future, knowing what you want, and acting on it, can feel less familiar.

One-to-one coaching gives you space to explore a part of your life you want to approach differently. That might mean making a decision, expressing a need, setting a boundary, or taking a step toward something you keep postponing.

Together, we’ll clarify what matters to you, consider your options, and identify practical steps that fit your circumstances and honor your Christian faith. You choose the focus and direction of our work.

A Coaching Partnership That Starts With You

Our conversations begin with what matters to you. You bring your questions, experiences, and goals. I bring attentive listening, thoughtful questions, and support as you explore your options and choose how you want to move forward.

Space to Hear Yourself

Slow down and consider what you think, need, and want—especially when you are accustomed to considering everyone else first.

Room to Explore Your Choices

Examine what is influencing a decision, consider different perspectives, and clarify what aligns with your values and Christian faith.

Support for Taking Your Next Step

Choose an action that fits your circumstances. Together, we’ll discuss what support or accountability would help and how you want to recognize progress.

You set the direction. We’ll regularly review what is useful to you and adjust our work together as needed.

How Working Together Begins

1. Start a Conversation

We begin with a complimentary clarity call: a 30-minute conversation about what you need, your questions, and whether coaching feels like a good fit. There is no pressure or obligation to enroll. You are welcome to explore coaching options and published prices before scheduling, if you prefer.

2. Review Your Options Privately

Coaching options and prices are already published on my Plans & Pricing page. After your clarity call, if we both feel coaching may be a good fit, I’ll email you additional information, the relevant options, and next steps. You can review everything privately and ask questions before deciding. After you choose to proceed, I’ll send your coaching agreement through DocuSign. Payment and welcome information follow according to the agreed arrangements.

3. Explore What Matters to You

We meet one-to-one online via Zoom. You choose the focus of each session. Through questions and reflection, we’ll explore perspectives, consider possibilities, and identify practical steps. We’ll agree on how you would like your Christian faith included.

4. Reflect and Adjust

Between sessions, you may choose an action connected to your goal. When we meet again, we’ll discuss what you learned, review progress, and consider what you want to adjust.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are our sessions conducted?

Sessions take place one-to-one online via Zoom. Before coaching begins, we’ll agree on session length, frequency, and scheduling.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Before coaching begins, we’ll review the cancellation and rescheduling terms together, and they’ll be included in your written coaching agreement.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

Life coaching focuses on personal goals, reflection, decisions, and action. I am a Certified Christian Coach, not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Coaching does not diagnose or treat anxiety, trauma, or other mental health conditions and does not replace therapy or medical care. You do not need to stop seeing your therapist to explore coaching.

Do I have to share painful details from my past?

You choose what you share. You do not need to recount painful experiences to explain a present-day goal. We’ll focus on what is relevant to the changes you want to make and discuss whether coaching is the right support for your needs.

How is my Christian faith included in coaching?

Your Christian faith and values are welcome in our conversations. We’ll agree on how you would like them included while focusing on your goals, choices, and practical next steps. You remain involved in setting the direction of each session.

What should I know about payment and refunds?

Coaching fees are nonrefundable once paid, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Before you make a payment, we’ll review the fees, payment arrangements, cancellation policy, and refund terms in your written coaching agreement. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions before deciding to proceed. Specific coaching outcomes are not guaranteed.

Are our coaching conversations confidential?

Your privacy matters. Before coaching begins, we’ll review confidentiality and its limits, including disclosures required by law or related to an imminent or likely risk of harm. Any other sharing requires your written consent. These terms will be included in your coaching agreement.
