Girl and fear

Fear is not just an emotion; it can be a tormenting spirit. When it gains access through trauma, unexpected loss, abuse, or fear-based environments, it can legally attach itself and begin to spiritually oppress us. I know this not just as a coach, but from personal experience.

Fear first entered my life at 7 years old, during a moment of intense anger from my father. What began as fear slowly opened the door to anxiety… then panic. For years, I lived in silent torment thinking it was just my mental health. I prayed fervently, asking God to remove the panic attacks and anxious thoughts. When nothing changed, I questioned why He wasn’t healing me.

But what I didn’t realize is that I wasn’t just battling emotions I was battling spiritual oppression.

It wasn’t until someone helped me go back to the root of where fear first entered that I experienced breakthrough. Through a simple yet powerful prayer, I invited Jesus into that memory from when I was seven. Honestly, I didn’t feel much in the moment… but when I stood up, it felt like a hundred pounds had been lifted off my shoulders.

I hadn’t lost weight but the spiritual heaviness I’d carried for decades was gone. From that moment forward, God began walking me through a deeper journey of healing. Over the next seven years, He led me to anointed men and women who taught me how to stand in authority, break legal rights, and walk in freedom from fear, anxiety, and panic.

I’ve now been free for over a decade.

Let me clarify: not all fear is demonic. Fear of public speaking or roller coasters can be a normal part of the human experience. But when fear begins to dominate your life when you constantly imagine worst-case scenarios, avoid places or situations, and feel paralyzed it often has a spiritual root.

This is the kind of fear that steals your joy, your peace, and your purpose. And yes, it can be broken.

🎯 Deliverance is the key.

And here's the truth many churches don't teach:
Self-deliverance is possible. I've walked myself through it multiple times with the help of the Holy Spirit and you can too. You don’t have to live in torment. You don’t have to manage fear for the rest of your life. There are also people that can walk you through deliverance through 1:1 Zoom calls or even attending events. I also do inner healing and have a 6 week 1:1 coaching that reveals the root of fear and then we work on building identity, restoring your relationship with God, and learning to live a life of purpose on purpose.

You were created to live free, walk boldly, and fulfill your calling without fear as your master. If you are interested in learning more about Coaching with me you can contact me here: Fostering The Inner Child
